Will is the son of two local journalists who witnessed firsthand the challenges facing news media in the digital age. As a founding member of EX.CO, Will's team spearheaded the development of a machine-learning-based video player and platform technology tailored for publishers, enabling them to thrive in the digital realm.

EX.CO powers the video technology of the largest publishers, including Hearst Newspapers, Advance Local, News Corp, and Chicago Sun-Times among many others, and is the official video partner of the LMC.

In his free time Will finds joy in exploring the world through travel, playing tennis with friends, and drinking too many martinis at dinner.
